I landed in San Francisco, CA today for what is sure to be an interesting week. This week is Google’s annual Google Cloud Next conference. I would be remiss if I didn’t take the opportunity to enjoy a little personal time on the west coast. As usual I brought my skates with me and will be enjoying the Sunday night skate at Golden Gate Park as well as the Friday night skate before I head home.
This year’s hotel is a bit of an experiment. I’m not staying at one of the large chain hotels this year. I opted for a smaller independent hotel in China Town. Of course, I got in super early so I haven’t actually seen my room yet but I did get to have some good dim sum for lunch. So we’re off to a good start.
